PDS-PLUS
Low-Profile Universal Projector Mount
The PDS-PLUS is a low-profile universal projector mount that can be mounted directly to the ceiling or in use with a drop pipe. This mount truly is universal because it features a slotted mounting base with six interchangeable legs (four long and two short) to reach both shorter and wider mounting points. Most standard sized projectors will work well with the PDS-PLUS.
Installation of the PDS-PLUS is easy because it mates to standard 1.5 in. NPT pipe, or directly to structural surfaces. In addition, it is very lightweight, weighing under 5lbs, in order to make ceiling installation a little easier on installers.
Being one of the most popular mounts for education applications, the PDS-PLUS is OSHPD approved, UL listed and includes Lock-It™ security hardware so you have piece of mind when installing in classrooms or high traffic areas.

Been very happy with these mounts. We have purchased several of these mounts over the years for various projectors.

This mount is the one to get. I have my projector in the basement so my ceiling height was an issue this mount is low profile but has great adjustments. I was able to get over 100″ from my projector getting the projector as close to the ceiling as possible is paramount, unless you want to watch part of the movie on the floor.

Worked great. Needed a low profile mount for a VPL-HW30AES and this did the trick. Looks flimsy in the pictures but it is actually a very solid mount.

Very low profile mount. I bought this mount to mount my BenQ W1070 in my low ceiling basement. My ceiling is only 7 feet so I needed a low profile mount to get my 106″ screen as close to the ceiling as possible. With the large bottom of the mount I was able to hit 2 of the 3 holes on the projector without using the arms with the bracket. I just mounted the plate directly Read more aboutto the bottom of the PJ which saved me 3/4″ of valuable clearance between the PJ and the ceiling. The W1070 is less than 6lbs so I have absolutely no concern only mounting using 2 holes. It is solid as a rock the way it is because the large plate is tight against the bottom of the PJ. With this mount the bottom of the projector is 2 1/4″ from the ceiling and the center of the lens is 3 3/4″ from the ceiling. With a throw of 10′ 4″ from the front of the projector to my screen I was able to get the top of the projected screen image 4 3/4″ from the ceiling. Using the grid test pattern I got a perfectly square image with 0 keystone adjustment. I was very concerned I wouldn’t be able to find the right combination of equipment to get my screen close to the ceiling without very much lens shift with the W1070. The key was getting the PJ close to the ceiling and this mount was just the ticket. Everything about the mount is excellent. I did try it using the arms first and they will work great for anyone using them. They provide a virtual hardware store of different screws to fit pretty much everything out there. I would find it hard to believe you couldn’t make this work with any projector. Adjustments are easy, secure and very precise allowing for very fine tuning.

For the price, this is an awesome projector mount – some AV afficionados might turn their nose up at it, but if you need to get your projector close to your ceiling and have it ROCK SOLID, plus don’t want to spend a fortune – this IS a fantastic choice and you should not be disappointed.

good product! It’s easy to use, fits most projectors. The mount is very well built. centering the projector was the most difficult to do!

Looks flimsy from the picture but it’s actually very rigid and strong – there is no flexing or bouncing with this mount. It can handle the weight of about 3 typical home projectors so it gives you piece of mind when you have thousands of dollars hanging from the ceiling. They also give you a ton of extra hardware of various sizes. The 2 extra shor Read more aboutt extension arms came in handy for me which I used for the 5th mounting point on my projector. It’s very adjustable and customizable, and just a great design all together.

Very sturdy and adjustable. Though it seems to accommodate many projectors it did not have a hole pattern small enough for my Sharp PG-D40W3D but I kept moving it around until I got 3 of 4 holes aligned slightly off center. That said all the adjusting screws are solid and it tilts in both planes, etc. No one would ever notice it’s slightly off cen Read more aboutter for my unit. It looks perfect and I would buy this again without hesitation. I talked with a guy who said he spent $300 on a ceiling mount for a projector. This one is great for much less.

This is a great mount for what I use it for, temporary installations in various locations that require easy adjustments. I use it with a threaded pipe to cheseborough adapter, so that you can mount it to pipe with just a wrench, and then the fine-tuning adjustments are quick and easy. It is also great that it adjusts easily to different mounting p Read more aboutatterns. I just leave it on the projector and don’t swap them out that much, but someday we will upgrade or replace the projector and we won’t have to replace the mount.

Great for the Price. Most at this price are very light duty, This one can hold a heavy projector.

Heavy duty, very well built! Puts the projector in a great position on my ceiling. The picture doesn’t do it justice. It is built very well, and is very heavy duty. I just got a 4k 3 thousand dollar projector, and don’t want to put a cheap mount up on an expensive projector. This one fit the bill to a T!!
