Easy to set up, cost competitive and does exactly what it is supposed to do! What’s not to like about this? Only improvement I can see, is that when the articulating arm is folded in one direction, the tv is level, in the other it is not. Could be due to lack of experience of the installer (me).

Bought new TV for family room and was able to use to mount the older 40″ flatscreen in bedroom with no problem in positioning TV even though mount was 6″ around corner of wall.

Bought this for my 32 inch flat screen so I could store it next to the wall and pull it out when I need it.
I am VERY impressed with what I got. I installed it in just a couple of hours which included measuring, finding a wall stud, drilling and mounting the TV. Really a piece of cake.
Once mounted it moves very smoothly and I can easily pull it out at a 45 degree angle from the wall in a matter or seconds. Also, the cable management system is very usable and simple.
I highly recommend this wall mount.
